As Independence Day approaches, FireSafe Corona invites you to partner with us to keep Corona safe from fire hazards.

The City of Corona is located in a high fire-risk area, and conditions are especially dry this time of year. Even a small spark from a firework can ignite dry leaves, brush, or tree limbs, causing a potentially devastating fire. Wind can carry embers onto rooftops and other structures, putting homes and lives at serious risk.

How You Can Help:

Clear away dry vegetation around your home—this includes leaves, brush, and overgrown branches.
Remove any flammable materials from your yard, rooftop, or gutters.
Stay alert to activity in your neighborhood and speak up if you see something dangerous.

Important Reminders:

🚫 All fireworks are illegal in the City of Corona—including the sale, use, discharge, and possession.

💵 Violations carry fines from $500.00 to $5,000 under local municipal code.

Call the Corona Police Department at (951) 736-2222 (Option 3), or
